No 3 is a traditional terraced house adjacent to the "Lingdale Tavern" cafe, restaurant and community hub. It is right on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, with a distant view of the sea, which is 6 miles away at Redcar, Marske, Saltburn. Staithes & Whitby are within 20 miles.
Ground Floor:
Living Room, 2 settees, 2 chairs, TV, fireplace, books , games & toys.
Kitchen, fully equipped with gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave and is completed with pull out hood, slow cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Old range cooker and hanging clothes drying rack. It is fully equipped with cookware, cutlery and crockery. There is a dining table and 6 chairs. Cushions for the outside chairs and barbeque tools are on the shelving.
Access to enclosed yard/garden with table, bench seating and barbeque.
Bedroom 1 has a king size double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps. It also has 2 stacked trundlebeds which can be requested.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed, bedside table and lamps
Bedroom 3 has a super king sized bed, hanging space and shelves, bedside table and lamps together with a flat screen tv.
Bedroom 4 has a single bed, bedside table and lamps together with a flat screen tv.
The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, wall heater and fan, sink and toilet.
The living room has a new flat screen TV, two sofas (each seating 2 people) and 2 chairs.
There are various books on the shelves, please feel free to read and swap any novels but don't take any reference books e.g. dictionaries, cook books away.
We provide all towels and bed linen, tea towels and oven gloves, washing up liquid etc.
Basic food supplies of tea, coffee, salt, pepper, herbs spices and cooking oil are in the cupboards. We provide fresh milk for your first cuppa. There is a supply of pasta and cooking sauce in case you arrive hungry late at night.
